Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or just need someone to talk to, our team is here to support you. Take the first step towards better mental health and let's determine if PsyCARE is the right fit for you. I accept Aetna insurance for services. Other than Aetna, I am an out-of-network provider. However, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network behavioral health services. To explore this option, you can contact your insurance company and ask about coverage for outpatient therapy. Providing standard CPT codes such as 90791 (initial evaluation) and 90834 (45-minute therapy session) may help clarify your benefits. For all other insurances, you may have out-of-network benefits, which means that insurance will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost, often 50-80% or more for each session (Please confirm with your insurance company for more details).
Cancellation Policy
Please contact Dr. Pei via email for more information (dr.peiliao@psycarewellness.com) We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $80. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to all clients.
